Sunday morning we went for a drive up past Tony's work and over the Ohio river into Indiana. Rylee loved seeing the cranes and "smoke" at Daddy's work.

Here Rylee is standing in a tobacco field. As you can see in the picture the leaves are very large. When it's time to harvest, the plants will be hung in the barns you can see in the background to dry.

Yesterday we went to the zoo. There is a petting area with goats and donkeys. The goat in this picture has been trained to wave and bow, and whenever she sees a camera taking a picture she "poses" by sticking her chin up.

Eric had fun going down the slide with Logan.

A few days ago a bottle of corn syrup spilled in my cupboard, so after I cleaned it out Rylee and Eric had lots of fun playing peek-a-boo inside.

That must be some fancy goat. It looks like your summer fun continues. That is great. Some family pictures are just like that. memorable.
stacey- I just found your blog off Angel's, so I hope you don't mind me commenting?! Both of your kids are *adorable*, but I could just eat that little boy up!! SO, so, so cute!!! My babies are super-chunks too...and I love every single roll :)
What an interesting converstaion to share about Riley. Don't go overboard with any guilt about it though...you are a great MOM! Your family photo shoot will forever stick in your memory. I remember having formal family photos (In Sunday Best)taken with 4-5 kids (This was back in the film days) and one was a baby. They all behaved well and smiled, and we took a few different poses. When I returned to JC Penny's a couple of weeks later to review the shots I found that I had a white "Lap Sponge-burp cloth" on my shoulder in all of the shots. It looked so odd there and so we rescheduled for another photo shoot. Now I can laugh about it...but it was stressful at the time. Just keep loving them!
