Tractor Show

Grandpa Ed tipped us off to a really neat farm machinery show at the Exposition Center in Louisville. We took Logan and Emily with us and went to check it out. I knew that the kids would have fun seeing the tractors, but I was surprised at how amazing and interesting it was even for me. I did not grow up around much farm equipment and I didn't realize how big some of it is. The Expo Center is huge and it was packed with equipment.

We got to see and climb on big, little and monster tractors, combines, seed drills, crop sprayers and more. We had lots of fun, and Eric especially was in heaven because he loves tractors and his cousin Logan, put the two together and you have one happy boy!

Here's a good place to rest if you get tired of climbing on tractors:

The combines were lots of fun to climb on. The kids said one of their favorite things was climbing into the hopper of a combine.

This corn harvester (I think that's what it's called) and combine were gigantic! It was like a playground for the kids.

We had a fun day, thanks to Grandpa Ed for the tip!
