Rylee made friends with this orangutan. He gave her several kisses through the glass and just sat there for the longest time looking at her and trying to touch her through the glass. Maybe he liked her red hair.
On Saturday we drove to Cincinnati, Ohio. We went to a really neat aquarium where we saw turtles, penguins, aligators, and of course lots of fish.
There was a long tunnel under the water with big fish and sharks swimming all around us.
Cincinnati was holding their annual Oktoberfest that day, the largest Oktoberfest in America. So we headed over to check it out.
We ate lots of yummy food including potato pancakes, pickles, bratwurst, pretzels, giant cream puffs, and of course lots of beer. Ok, not the beer, although there was plenty all around.
We saw and heard the alpenhorns, which are over 9 feet long. They also did the chicken dance, and here's a little video of Rylee and Tony attempting to do it too.
I think they both need to brush up on their chicken dancing skills. (Grandpa maybe we need to practice next time we are together.)
